Danny White, a native of Macomb, Michigan, earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Leadership from Baker College. His passion for working with people began with his first job at a local golf course, where he advanced from tee-picker to Head Golf Pro and eventually became a Golf Course Owner during his 30+ year career in the industry.
In 2007, Danny relocated to Southwest Arizona, embracing the beautiful climate of Lake Havasu City. With extensive knowledge of the area, he is a trusted advisor for families seeking the perfect real estate investment.

Hello, I’m Trent Timothy. My real estate journey began after graduating from Hunter High School and attending Stringham Real Estate School. Over the past 24 years, I’ve built a dynamic career, starting as a property manager and later specializing in home and investment property sales across Utah.
In 2001, I launched a rental finding service, later helping establish a sales division for one of Utah’s largest association management companies. I’ve also overseen multiple new construction subdivisions, contributing to community growth.
In 2008, my family and I relocated to Lake Havasu City, Arizona, a place we fell in love with during vacations. After earning my Arizona broker’s license, I focused on streamlining the home buying and investment process.
Today, I’m proud to be part of exp and APX commercial, a dedicated team committed to guiding clients through every step of their real estate journey.
With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Dave McVicker has dedicated his career to helping clients navigate the ever-changing market with confidence. Originally from Upland, California, he has called Lake Havasu City home since 1989. He lives in our beautiful city with his wonderful wife, Andrea, and their two children.
