Danny is a native or Macomb, Michigan, just 30 miles North of Detroit. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Leadership from Baker College.
Danny has always loved working with people even from his first job as a tee-picker at a local golf course. He advanced from tee-picker to Head Golf Pro and even became a Golf Course Owner during his 30+ year career in the golf business.
Danny moved to Southwest Arizona in the fall of 2007. He hardly misses the Michigan Winters anymore given the wonderful climate of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, an area that Danny knows well. Hello, I’m Trent Timothy, and my journey in the business world began after graduating from Hunter High School. With a strong desire to make my mark, I pursued my education at Stringham Real Estate School, setting the stage for a remarkable career in real estate. Over the past 24 years, I’ve passionately navigated the industry, witnessing its evolution and growth.
My early steps included working as a property manager, honing my skills and insight.
This foundation led me to specialize in finding homes and investment properties for
individuals across Utah, a role that allowed me to assist countless people in realizing
their real estate dreams.
In 2001, I took a bold step and established my own rental finding service company, a
venture that allowed me to connect people with their ideal living spaces. My expertise and passion for the industry led me to play a pivotal role in the launch of a sales division for one of Utah’s largest association management companies.
Adding to my diverse portfolio, I’ve proudly served as the broker overseeing multiple
new construction subdivisions, contributing to the growth and development of vibrant communities. My experience in real estate development has further enriched my perspective and ability to guide clients effectively.
In 2008, my family and I embarked on a new chapter by relocating to Lake Havasu City, Arizona. The town’s charm captured our hearts during vacations spent in our own vacation home, prompting us to make it our permanent residence. I obtained my Arizona broker’s license and devoted my energy to creating streamlined solutions that enhance the home buying and investment property search experience.
